22q At the Zoo 2024
Lots of families across the UK came together for the Annual 22q at the Zoo.
Max Appeal hosted 4 events, Chester, Paignton, Marwell & Five Sisters in Scotland.

“We have never met another family with 22q so that was really important to us. I have met some great people through Max Appeal - we message but they live too far so to meet in person was something we really wanted to do.
But thank you so much to Penny, fab host and very knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of family came and it was a lovely day and found out lots more information. It was a good insight for us and lovely to meet other children with 22q. We had such a fun day and wish it was more than once a year as we throughly had a good time. Thank you so much Max Appeal and Penny and all the wonderful families. New friends made and a lovely memory made x”
