We are the national charity supporting families affected by 22q11DS. Our mission statement is ‘improving the lives of 22q11 families’ and on this web site you will find many resources and links relating to support around 22q11 that have been accumulated over many years.

 People join Max Appeal at many stages of life, perhaps for themselves being diagnosed with 22q11 DS or a loved one. Whatever your circumstances we hope to be able to help you through your journey, we may have contacts that could help you or direct support through our trustees, staff and volunteers.
