150ml water

75g strong plain bread flour (plain flour won’t work well)

50 unsalted butter

2 eggs

Double cream (for the filling)

Milk chocolate (for dipping)

Piping bag

Mixer or electric whisk for the double cream to save your arms

Pan

Spatula

Bowl

Tray

Greaseproof paper
