2211 lengths completed in just under 4.5 hours!

On day 30 of our @maxappeal_uk 22q11 swimming challenge!

For 30 days we swam 2211m in the pool every day.

That’s just under 89 lengths of a 25m pool every day and the length of the English channel & back over the 30 days!

The challenge was to fundraise and raise awareness for the amazing @maxappeal_uk who help people with 22q11.2 deletion (also known as DiGeorge Syndrome). This charity is super important to us as our sister Polly has 22q. 🌟

On day 30 (yesterday) the goal was to swim a collective 2211 laps of the pool in under 4.5hours.

We the amazing help of all these wonderful people we completed it…and with just 3 minutes to spare 😅🙌🏻

It was a much harder challenge than we had anticipated but every single length was worth it and we are incredibly grateful for everyone who took part, donated & shared this challenge for us!!!

Thank you so very much. Together we have raised money & awareness to help the amazing people with 22q11. Amazing people like our sister Polly who is a shining star in our lives despite everything & who deserve the 🌍❤️
